The Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions are in place to enhance and protect the value, attractiveness & desirability of the Subdivision.

The Homeowners' Association (HOA) maintains the Common Areas which include the Entry, Landscaping Easement & Pond. These areas are clearly marked on the subdivision map.

The Developer is the sole member of the HOA & has authority to run the HOA until the final lot is sold.  The Developer will turn the HOA over to the Neighborhood Committee/Board within 180 days of the final lot closing.

Each homeowner should have been given a copy of the Covenants & Restrictions at closing, but feel free to access or print them below.
